Hey ya'll.
I have been in to wakeboarding for just about a year now so I am fairly new to the sport, though i have skied all of my life. I have a Mastercraft tristar that just does not put out wakes like I need to progress beyond where I am now. I am looking for a new (used) boat that will be my final purchase, or at least for a while.
I am keeping the my current boat so I do not need a crossover, I am looking for an all out wakeboard and maybe wakesurf boat.
I am hoping to find a great deal on a superb boat. Right now I have been primarily looking for Mastercraft because I do not know the other product lines. I am hoping to get a quality boat with a great price. Features that are a must (unless there is room in price for me to install myself) are perfect pass, ballasts, plenty of seating space, somewhat low hours, and of course a nice tower. Other extras like sound systems, heater, shower while nice are not needed.
My Budget is 35K on the high end. I am willing to buy anywhere but closer to my location (Wisconsin) is desirable.
Can anyone suggest any types of boats to pursue?
Do you or a friend have a boat that I may want for sale?
If you can find me a boat that I actually buy I'll pay a $100 finders fee.
My family spends at least 10-15 hours on the lake every weekend (if weather is bad we drive to good weather) so if you want to sell a boat to someone who is going to treat it like a member of the family I'm your buyer!
Thanks in advance! |

| Both of these have a lot more hours than what I have been finding in the same years in this price range. I have searched Craigslist pretty well along with most of the other major trading sites. I have not looked at the X2 so much I have looked more at the X30 X45 Xstar and have found some good deals, but not great deals. To be 100% honest I am not sure the difference between all of the X models, it does get overwhelming.. |
