great choice for a first boat. the wake isnt huge, but can be really nice when weighted right.

I'm no expert Rolling Eyes but here is my boat if you want to check her out. Pics and vids. Wake is nice learned some new tricks but I'm always wanting more. I run about 1400lbs but some run more. Surf wave is great.

I have an 89 and it works well also. There isn't much difference between the 87 and 89 as far as how nice of a wake it puts out. I've run up to 1300# in mine and it's thrown a good wake. Normally I'd run about 750# and have a few friends along.

This thread shows our progress for 2009...some good shots on there to see what the wake looks like.

Great boat, watch for soft spots on the floor and rotten stringers. Supra used wood stringers untill mid 92. Its not a problem unless the boat has been stored outside and kept wet. New stringers are 4-6k with new floor and carpet. Check out the Supra forum there are a lot of posts on this subject.
