I'm all in favor.

I know some of you saw the highlights from the world pole dancing championships... those women are incredibly athletic.

I'm NOT in favor.

If Paintball is never going to be an Olympic sport no way pole dancing should be.

I understand the concept (hot chicks on poles) but it wouldn't play out like that and we all know it.

The Olympics still try to water down the sport of snowboarding and the personalities that go along with that sport they would utterly destroy something as shady as pole dancing.

Again I understand the concept but you would get 13 year old midgets swinging around like monkeys not HOT 20 something's winking at you while upside down.

Now if every participant had to measure 34-24-34 we might have something to work with there....

yea, "ice" and "dancing" pretty much are two words that just will never sound athletic to me.

although some professional dancers are amazingly athletic. Like, all of them.

If they're athletic and that good with a pole in their hands maybe they should start rowing.

Mai Sato...wouldn't mind seeing her on the pole. I'm sure some of the male figure skaters would like this included as a sport as well Laughing

J Dogg - Remember... these are NOT necessarily strippers though. These women might be freaking hideous! Careful what you wish for!

There are other sports much higher on the totem pole to be added to the Olympics before pole dancing will be.

I did not expect this sentence to end with rowing.
