physical therapy is the mainstay of treatment for shoulders that chronically dislocate. _________________ Liquid Force

I have problems with my knee and shoulder, all the therapists i've been to about my shoulder have told me that by building my shoulder muscles, will HELP keep the shoulder in the socket, it'll be harder for it to pop out, BUT u must balance your shoulder muscles, don't work the fron of your shoulder more than the back of your shoulder, and vice versa becaue the dominating muscle will push the shoulder and cause it to pop.

| I´ve had the same problem for years, but its all good now. I would agree with mattshortt, build it as big as possible. My main exercise (with adition to the gym three times a week in the winter) is to get 3 or 4 kg weights and just do a bunch of diferent exercises with them. Do it up and down a hundreet times 3 sessions, up, down, to the side up and down, just do a bunch of various lifts with alot of repeats and it will slowly build your muscle and make it better... |
