If you have a trampoline tie your rope to somthing and practice doing them on there. or die it to somthing and just stand there spinning around like your doing a 360. just keep doing that and you will get it. because by doing this you will develop what is called Muscle memory. _________________ Ride the wake hard and go home wet. |

| Start with your elbows in close into your side. DO NOT let your arms out. I really empasize and make sure I pop high and pass the handle down under my Butt. it makes it easier to grab once you get there. Lift weights, they help the most on spinning. |

| make sure you don't let go with your other hand until you know you have the handle. thats what kept me from getting the handle. pass the handle to the small of your back so you can progress the spin to 5's and so on. higher education explains it good too. |

I was having trouble with my threes on the handle pass, you have to commit to the handle pass....if you half heart it chances are your not going to pass......if you really are committing though and just having trouble finding the handle try working on some bs 180's thats what I did to get coordinated enough.........also make sure your passing the handle flat and not at a 90 degree angle otherwise your gonna have to spin that much more to find it......hope some of this makes sense to you

| try pushing the handle down with your hand. That will put the handle where it needs to be. |

what always throw's me off with 3's is spinning off the wake, then I never get the handle. So make sure you pop first, then pull in the handle. _________________ ODPC |

Or you could start with Ole 3's to get the hang of the rotation and landing before trying the handle pass. _________________ Slob Gear
