| Moles are tearing up the yard at my new house. How do you get rid of them? What actually works? |

I don't know, I've tried alot of things.
Opening the hole to get them to come up and try and close it.
Look for movement and shoot them.
Water.
Fire.
Some Chemicals mixed in the proper proportions.
I'm not sure what killed them, or if I killed them at all. But I don't see mole tracks anymore. I hope I got them. |

Do they work? Which ones? Everyone else I've talked said they haven't found traps/products that work yet. |

Our old collie was a brutal mole killing machine, absolutely ruthless. Find someone with a good dog and let it loose in your yard for a few hours, should get it. Just don't let the children see it when the dog finds it |

| The reason you have the moles is most likely because you have grubs. The moles feed on the grubs get rid of the grubs and the moles will go too. |

| My dad always sticks the hose in one hole, usually when he's working outside or in the garage. Then he will just look over once in a while and he see the mole than blitz the shat out of it. |

| Putting Lyme down will change the pH in the grass, removing grubs, if you have them. |

The mole traps I am talking about are a galvanized metal with srpings that you stick over a tunnel. When the mole goes through the trap spears them. Works all the time 90% of the time:) _________________

| How big are moles? I had a gopher problem and killed them with cyanide laced milo. Get a 1/4" metal dowel sharpened to a point on end. Stab around one of their dirt piles to find the tunnel, (you will feel a difference in resistance while pushing the dowel into the ground when you hit a tunnel) pour poison pellets into tunnel through hole and they'll be dead in a couple of days. You can buy the poison at Home Depot. |

| I think I'm gonna kill my inconsiderate sh!tbag neighbor that's planted 200 flowers in teh middle of his yard and then let weeds grow around them. The bugs in the flowers are supposedly what brings in the moles. 6 years in my house and never had a problem. This pr!ck moves in next door and everything goes to h3ll. |

I feel your pain.
My neighbor planted pistachio trees all along the property line in lieu of a fence (even though I put up a vinyl fence free of charge and due to the creek, these trees are technically on my property).
Well, the flies these pistachios attracted were in unbelievable sums. These trees were 40~ feet from my garage door where I go in and out of the house, and I was about the go insane from the insects.
I stayed home from work one morning, waited for the old fart to take off and started digging holes between the trees and filling them with rock salt. It did the trick and the lazy old fart hasn't bothered replacing the trees. |
