Creative Labs Tech Support Please!

I am using a micorphoto (zen).

I am trying to create a new playlist and there seems to be no option to do this on the player.

I am using Windows Media Player and there doesn't seem to be an option there either!

I have created them in the past and currently have one playlist loaded.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you tried the Synch manager from Creative. It is included in the software with the player when you bought it.
