ultra's durability is fine, neither binding is really a better binding, its all just opinion. I personally like the exos, but alot of ppl like the ultras. try them out

I agree with wakeriderof87. Both are great bindings and I have owned both. I think the Exo's are a better binding for someone that needs more ankle support than the average joe or likes a higher hold on the ankles. The ultra's are a great bindding and have good support. Good flex for poked out grabs and nothing to mess with when putting them on. I think both bindings are great and I would recomend either one. Of you like a little higher hold or you need a little more support for your ankles then go with the Exo's. If you want average length on the wraps and have normal ankles, go with the Ultra's. Your call, either way they both are top notch.

B-rad, What are you riding right now? My EXOs are about shot and I am looking at new bindings within a couple of weeks.

I have some blue and gray Exo's right now in a size XL that are used for maybe a week or so of ridding if you are intersted in them. For my next set I'm going with either the NICE PRS1's or the CD's. I have riddent the PRS1's and love those, plus I can get them at TSR. The CD's are in Dallas at Texas Mastercraft. I would want to demo before dropping the $$ on them. I would also like to try the Vibe's from CWB and the O'Brien Ion's as well. I have heard good things about both of those bindings.

B-rad, I am kind of looking to get away from the EXOs as they hurt my right foot across the arch. Plus, they could be a LOT more plush. The Zues and Parks both have so much softer materials on your feet. I am hoping to get he hook up on some Parks, but I haven't heard back from the guy yet. If I run into a bind (my back overlay is about to rip through...I need to Shoe Goo it!) I may take you up though....those are the same bindings I am riding right now.

I like the parks, I just don't have any luck with Hyperlite bindings fitting me. Everyone that I know of has had them rip a couple times last season too. I would like to try the zeus, the O'Brien Ion's, and the vibe's out. I'm looking for a front lace binding that has 2 lace "pulls". Have you tried the Zeus out? I was looking to demo them at Sail and Ski if they have them. I need to go up there anyway to talk to the guys about some stuff.

B-rad, S&S does have the Zeus and I have ridden them. I liked them, and am going to ride them again next week. My buddy from Dallas (has a pair of Zeus' on a LF Subjekt 142) with the SAN is coming to Austin next Tues and we are going to ride pretty much non stop Wed-Fri morn. Thurs venture to the Perd - if you can skip out on Sunny D, you are welcome to come. Going to get DPierce out behind a tower for the first time too!

B-rad,

I tried on a pair of CD's the other day and they absolutely killed my feet. Try them on and demo them first if possible.

I currently have the ultras and would not trade those for anything.

B-rad, Looking to leave Austin around 1ish... Would like to be wet by 2 and get about 3 runs each in... probably out for a social time too, complete w/ beer and herb.

We may want to use those sacs too. I'd like to see that boat with about 1200 more lbs on it.

Just got hooked up with the '03 Parks for $250.

Hey Jt, I'm almost 100% positive that I can make it on Thursday. I can bail work at 11 and meet up with you guys sometime after that. I think I'll swing by sail and ski that morning and grab a board to demo. Not sure yet, but I'm thinking about the new absolute. If the Ski Dock has the GB harris, I'll grab that board.

I'll bring the back pack of fun with me too.

Jt09 Do you have a high arch, on your feet? I was looking into getting some new bindings this weekend. My '00 super sucs have about had it. I've gotta high arch, and was wondering if you've found any bindings that help that out?

Tyson, I don't think I do.... It's never really been an issue, so I guess not.

I have only had 1 pair of bindings so far, the EXOs, and they have a raised arch, I think. I really like the support, getting in and out of them, etc, but they are starting to hurt my feet a bit and the rear overlay is about to rip through. They aren't the cushest bindings out there.... Hoping the Parks will be all they are cracked up to be...

Dpierce37, Quit sucking up! You already have the gear!

Jt09 Yeah, I'm really hoping the Parks are too. I've heard so much on this site lately about Parks, Zeus, and Ultras I guess I'm gonna have to shell out some major cash for any of them. But totally worth it right? This is what we do.

Tyson, DEMO DEMO DEMO!!! I have ridden (rode?) 30/60s, EXOs, Belmonts and Zeus's and tried on the Parks. I am 99% confident the Parks will be great for me. I am harping on this (DEMO) at home with DPierce BAD right now - he's all fired up to buy something so he can have his own and I keep telling him to DEMO first. I wouldn't have spent so much already if I would have been patient in the first place.

Don't pay full price if you can avoid it. I got both my boards off of e-bay (01 Helix and 02 Byerly DNA), my EXOs were demos and I got the Parks for $250. Just cruise ebay and the classified forum on here and you can find good deals if you are patient. On ebay, email the sellers and watch the auctions - see what stuff is going for and offer a price for an item they were selling previously. They want it out the door ASAP. Inventory doesn't pay the bills, sales do and they wouldn't sell it on ebay if it was moving through the front door.

I try to avoid paying full price for EVERYTHING in my life, wakeboard stuff included!

Dpierce37, just pullin' your chain homie. You'll have a pretty decent set up in a week or so!

I agree that eBay and word or mouth for hook ups are the best way to snag some gear. I haven't paid full price for any of my gear. No reason to at all. Demo as much stuff as you cna and then start asking around when you find what you want. I know that I have hooked a few people up and in turn been hooked up. Kindess on deals travles fast and is greatly appreaciated. When I know someone that is getting rid of gear or can get a hook up on say an 03 for XXX, then I let my friends and associates know. If you can't find it on eBay, ask around and I'm sure you'll be surprised.
