kartman, that's way more work than I would want to do. It is really nice though. That is some seriously nice crafstmanship.
haugy, maybe you can be the first to conquer the Supra. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

I got to page 4, just starting to get to the pictures on the install and now I get a "Problem in Database Connection" message.
Seems like a sweet idea. Although I think if I were going to start from scratch I'd just get an Excel that has fiberglass stringers. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

Ok, site is back up. Holy crap that is amazing. That teak looks so clean. That's really impressive. I wonder what the total cost on it was.
Scratch the Excel, I'd rather have that. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

I am surprised though that someone would make a v-drive out of a 2001 without the intention of making it a wake monster. By that I mean, pimp it out with a tower, racks, speakers etc. Basically make it a super air nautique closed bow of sorts with the 2001 hull. While they have a slightly extended pylon it is not an equivalent to a tower when wakeboarding. Maybe they are mostly surfers or something.
But it is classy as hell like that! |

kmayotte, I think the point was to keep it looking classic; not like a modern machine. If he wanted a modern wake maker I reckon he could have bought one for the money he spend and a lot less work
I would love to do the same... it'd be a heck of a mission though!

Holy moly he uses a hand operated come-a-long to pull it out. Jesus, after a summer of that his arms would be huge. |
