Obrien Method Handle - Don't Buy

Don't know if the accessories forum is the right place, but it was an accessory to my boat.....

Got a method handle yesterday.
Used it today from 8am to 12pm

I wouldn't say this is normal wear for a brand new handle.

Obrien is crediting the place i bought it from and is going to give me a better handle for the same price.

I am going to assume that obrien is going to discontinue this, because there is no way that people will buy this and go a whole season using it. There has to be a huge number of returns on this
