A friend of mine is a machinist and is going to fabricate me some board racks for my tower. My question is do you guys have any suggestions and what to do or put to protect my boards where they sit in the rack? about another week or so and he should have them finished i will post pics. We are also trying to come up with a design so they can swivel. Thanks in advance.

use foam padding. I got some from a home interior refinishing store. They should have diffrent thickness to choose from.http://www.closedcellfoams.com/neoprene.html
