got 2 passes in today before it got dark... dang work taking up all my time haha
absolutley love the board, can tell a huge difference in pop and over all smoothness.
got a big problem tho, the boots are too small. and being closed toe thats no good. when im landing i stub my leading foot's big toe every time. i have worn a size 10 for i don't know how long but these just aren't gonna work.
for those of you that own slingshots, will they work with me on this and let me send em back after they have touched the water... i mean i used em for less than 10 mins. gosh i hope so. ive heard they're customer service is awesome, i really hope i can send these bak and go one size up |

Have you heated them up to see if they'll stretch. Only you would know how bad it is, but I would think it worth a try. _________________

Ill try that, just didn't know if they would take em back after heat molding them.
I guess I'll call or email slingshot Monday to see what they think. I just hope this gets worked out!
If I do heat mold them, does someone have a link or can explain how to do that exactly
Thanks guys _________________ 09 Slingshot Response w/ Slingshot Driver Bindings |

If you cant see that they've been used in the water, dont tell them indeed. Let them do the questioning, and avoid telling that particular point _________________

will do. thanks for the advise. it seems like the liner is ok but the outside boot itself needs to be one size up. stumping my toe sure didn't feel too good haha
someone post up a link or explain how to do the heatmolding so i'll know what to do when the time does come _________________ 09 Slingshot Response w/ Slingshot Driver Bindings |

I just filled the bathtub with hot water. Make sure your feet can take it before you step in the boots, then just put them on and walk around a little. When you're done, turn on the cold water and cool them off before you take your feet out. _________________

well i went again and pulled the hell outa the laces on the bindings... seemed to do the trick, i just didn't have em tight enough i gues...
ABSOLUTLY LOVING THIS BOARD
in one day of riding i was already doing grabs and 180s when that was unmentionable on the LF i was riding before. its just so much more comfortable and the pop off the wake is unbelievable!! _________________ 09 Slingshot Response w/ Slingshot Driver Bindings |
