I second that. You'll need to try on different binding till you find one that meets the arch of your foot correctly. Does it give you shin splints or any other problems?

Usually the pinky toe numbness is caused by over tightening your bindings. Try kicking your heal back as far as you can then just tighten until snug. Whenever i over tighten my bindings i get that too ToPHeR31, Now that i know why... it doesnt happen anymore Cool

By the way. Are you riding switch at all during a run? I would always suggest learning switch at the beginning stage of your progression. This will speed things up down the road as well. And at the same time, give your lead foot some relief.

Mate, learning to ride switch can be a b*tch, but it'll help big time in the long run. I try to ride half my set switch. Some of us just have to really work at it, not like 2 of my friends who are super comfy riding both regular and goofy - lucky sods!

When I very first started wakeboard I used to ride goofy because that's the way I would naturally get up but it was actually switch ( I know from surfing ect.) and i got way used to it so I could ride goofy pretty good but my sister set up our board with the left foot out like 15 degrees ( before i had my board and she had no idea what she was doing) so i started riding regular again. Unfortunatly, I didn't practice and it's not so easy for me anymore Sad
