i am getting really mad lol
i can almost clear the wake...
i went out yesterday and i was a couple inches from clearing it, the back of my board hit the top of the wake causing the front of my board to do a nosedive cause me to take a nasty spill and get a concussion lol
any tips?!?! thank you!!!!!

Yeah, don't case the wake. It hurts. As far as helpful advice, maybe some more info, and pictures or videos would be helpful. There are any number of things you could be doing right/wrong, and many different factors about the wake you're trying to clear that might be holding you up.

alright, i am probably going on a ride in a couple hours.
i will take my camera out there and shoot some pictures and i will see if i can get a video of the ride

I'd prefer to hear that you took more time off before riding again if you really got a concussion out of the deal.

After that time off, post up some pics/video.

How fast is the boat going? What length is your rope? Tower or ski hook?

Yeah, this is my problem right now. I can clear the wake on a short line no probs, but the minute I put it out to 65, which is what I normally ride at - forget it.

I have a mental block over the whole thing, so am not making a big deal out of it, I know I can do it and I'm sure that I'll just get those rides where I'll just go and do it straight off the bat. But most of the time my body just goes into brace position and says 'hell no' - stupid, but what to do. Rolling Eyes
