Just thought I'd post this for anyone that had read my post below on my WetSounds Ws420 that I was having problems with.
I overnighted my ws420 to WetSounds yesterday, and they received it today. John at WetSounds, told me indeed it was a rare bad unit, and that he had sent me out a new one, overnight so that I will have it tomorrow.
Just received my UPS tracking number, and it is in transit, so I just want to say how GREAT they were to work with.
No matter how good a product is, you are bound to have a faulty one here or there, and the way WetSounds answered my questions, and never once tried to deny that their product wasn't at fault, and proceeded to give me service above and beyond normal, I just thought they ought to be Thanked!!
I will never hesitate to buy any of their products, after their awesome service. |

Well, I just thought I'd do one more post on this, and let everyone know that my new ws420, did get delivered today.
Just got done hooking it up, and It is well worth the money.
I mainly bought it, so that I could control the tower speakers over the boat speakers, and I like the idea of having a microphone to talk to skiers, tubers, wakeboarders, etc.
What I never really thought of, but learned a lot tonight after setting it up, is how now you can control each song so easy.
I went through two whole cd's, and every few times if a song had a little too much bass, or not enough, or you wanted more or less highs, it is so simple to just reach down a dial each song in.
This ws420, would well be worth the money if you don';t even own a tower, or have tower speakers. Just the stereo adjustments alone are worth evey boat manufacturer adding this unit as an option to their boats in my opinion.
I'm thinking about dragging my drum set out to my garage, and playing them along with my boat, it sounds that good.
Thanks Again to all of you at WetSounds!! |

gx205, nice!
I'm looking to get the SYN2 amp for the pair of Pro60's we have along with the EQ for the exact reasons you mentioned.
It will just make the music sooooo much easier to control and the boating experience more enjoyable as a result _________________ Wake Forest University |

Glad we got you taken care off.
Thanks for the props. It makes me feel great knowing that the hard work we put in pays off with happy customers.
We strive to not only provide the best products but also the best support and knowledge. I think that the support and knowledge part is a lost art and I am glad that we continue on the tradition.

ramos777, they sure do, they can go so much louder too but it's hard to bare them when driving or in the main cabin area _________________ Wake Forest University |

Are you saying they are too loud in the boat when you turn them up for the skier?
I am thinking of getting the same spkrs with the syn-4 so I can control the on-board spkrs as well but I was hoping they would project most of the sound to the skier. _________________ Sun, Sand, Surf & Suds!
