so when i go wakeboarding for like longer than 10 min. my thigh on my back leg starts to cramp up. i don't know if its the way im standing on the board (which is with both knees slightly bent) or what?? any ideas of what i can do so it doesnt cramp up anymore??
how old are you? my back leg is more straight. w/ my front slightly bent. try not to eat before you go in the water(at least 30 min mom says).........Or youll get a cramp...... _________________ Keep on shreddin -SouP-

Make sure you stretch. Not only before you ride, but on a regular basis.
Make sure you hydrate. Dehydration can cause cramping.
Make sure your bindings are set up properly. Sometimes even a minor tweak of adjustment can make a big difference in your ride. _________________ Hilton Head Wake Sports.com
