Some crashes, need help with sbend & bakcroll (video)

Hey dudes, first time out here, been on other forums, but this is more cable specific so i though lets post here.

I am wakeboarding for 3 months now, i started at the begin of this year, end march. Then all came suddently, i bought my own board and gear, and a seasonpass for the local cablepark...

Now after 3 months, i have the basics down and also done some inverts. I can do the raley consistently...

The backroll, and S Bend is something quite different. I want to learn these 2 tricks, and after the s bend also learn the front flip (i was trying the s bend and 2 times made front flip by accindent...)

I have a video here, at 0:10 is the s bend try... i know its pretty bad but i really need some tips/critique about my riding.

Tips for improving the raley are also welcome
