how do I demo boards before buying

I live in Bullhead City, hours from any solid board dealers. After 4 seasons on a board that was used when I got it, it's time for a new one. Last time, I bought one out of a catalogue and was very disappointed. It's still in the shed, practically brand new. The shed doesn't need another one. Is there a way to have boards for demo shipped to you?

Not that I know of, just call some places up like evogear.com and ask if it's ok to test them and return if you don't like em
otherwise it might just help to ask around forums to see what would be good for you
