second, which would be a better setup...

Trakker TopMount Mini
or
Trakker TopMount

only thing i see wrong with the mini... is it possible to adjust the angle of the camera?

Why settle for a a single axis mount? Your boat is nice and this mount will complement the craftsmanship nicely.
