I was just getting my boat out of the garage this weekend changing oil, and washing it, to get ready for our upcoming week long vacation which starts this coming saturday, and I decided to see how my new stereo system sounded outside.

I was adjusting the volume up and down, then walking away to see how loud it was at different levels.

Sounded great, but after awhile I started hearing some hissing, and grumbling. Checked some of my settings, and then turned it back on, but it seemed to get worse.

Finally I narrowed it down to my Wetsounds equalizer. I called Wetsounds this morning, and talked to John and told him of my dilemma of needing this part either fixed or replaced and back to me asap, since I would be leaving this coming weekend, and i'm on the east coast and Wetsounds are in Texas.

Again!!...I have to say how quick they are to go above and beyond in their customer service. John told me to overnight it to him, and even though they are really busy this time of year, he would get right to it, and get it back to me before the end of this week, most likely one day service.

I can only stress again..IF EVERY COMPANY was run as this one is, how much better it would be for all of us!

Again THANKS TO WETSOUNDS!! just thought I'd let everyone I can, know of their great customer service.

Well what can you say about Wetsounds, but simply awesome!!

Called John today, to see if he had looked at my ws-420, and he said yes he had, and had already sent me out a new one to replace it, and proceeded to give me the tracking number.

This company and it's customer service is absolutely unbelievable!! John told me he saw a couple of things that didn't quite look right, but knew I was on a tight schedule, and simply decided to send me a new one, since fixing my original one would most likely take me past my timeframe.

Once again not a bit of run around, or he said, she said senario with this company. Just good ole' straight forward, and to the point guys.

Hey wetsounds1(Tim), How are you getting along since your muscle tear? Are you pretty much healed up?? I'm sure with that kind of injury, you are no way close to being back 100%, but I hope you at least get some wakeboarding in, and have some fun.

Thanks Again guys

I've had a few warranty issues from some of the stuff I've sold, which is expected from every product ever built, but it's always easy because it's a small company. All of my customers are amazed at how quick the warranty service is. Honestly, I don't think they ever take lunch breaks or days off because no matter what time of the day or what day, they're always there.... Haven't tried a Saturday yet, maybe I'll do that this weekend while I'm working Rolling Eyes
