lights and amps on 03 supra

I installed three amps (phoenix gold), two subs, boss B-530s, and 4 mb quarts reference 6.5s in my new supra. The boat has docking lights satelite stereo, auto ballast , PP pro, along w/ all the other electrical. When I installed the light bar I can only run fronts or rears, w/ the stereo off or my battery pukes. I have two batteries and a jump box but what a pain in the a$$. Is there a different alternator I can use to keep up...? Its the 330 hp Vortech. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
