Be sure when coming down to push the handle straight down to the water and bend your knees. If you are pulling to your chest, that is doing nothing for you. If you push the handle straight down and pull your knees in, it comes down without any problems. Even though you didn't mention it, if you are "rotating" through the trick at all and have problems coming down due to that, be sure to look more towards the boat in order to keep your shoulders straight...don't look to your landing.

Maybe first try it on a trampoline, it will give you a little airtime feeling so you can build on that aswell when you do it on the water, and when you make faceplants on a trampoline, its doesnt hurt asmuch Smile

Yea, the tramp might help a bit but the also when your doing it on the tramp you have to throw it pretty hard behind you, which you don't really have to do on the water. But it could help with the pulling back in.

my plan is to try to knock that trick down this week...gotta give u credit for trying that over and over till u got it, probably pretty painful. I'm going to give it a shot on a skate first then strap up. congrats on getting it, your success has inspired me Laughing
