Heres the thing. I live on a lake that won't let me have a slider in it, so I was thinking of putting a floating dock in the lake with some type of slider attributes. Any ideas on what I could do? Also, i would be willing to do something to my dock if you have good ideas, although it needs to be fully accessible. My dock is shaped like an L where the bottom of the L is furthest away from the shore.

make an a frame the intire length of the end of the L, high enough in the centre to walk under to access your boat

The only problem with that is what if i fall. Unless we make the dock out of 100% styrofoam, its not going to feel all that great. But its an option i may have to take. thanks

put a picnic table on it, or you could put kind of of pvc sheet or anything that slides on your dock and you'd have a box !

make a slider that you can move, when you want to use it, put it in the water right in front of your peer and when you are done put it up

Just jump onto the dock and slide away. You won't have to worry about balancing either.

id say the picnic table would be the easiest cause its portable with ease. but a box or A frame would be tight
