For all you riders shreddin' the delta....what's it like? I've seen pics and videos of people riding it and it looks like there's always glass to be found and fun times to be had. Just curious...our lake is always packed in the summer...flippin shoebie tourists hahaha.

| Delta sucks. Don't bother coming here. Worse than a lake 99% of the time, and there are sharks this time of year. |

Dont listen to anyone of the above...
i live on the delta and it is a great place to ride and have fun..
the only little problem i have is that some people drink and drive theri boats..but thats not really a big prob..
(ski beach is really fun if you like to party and have a good time)
were do you live? have you ever even been to the delta?? cause if your traveling far for this lake, honestly its not worth it....

I knew it... the stories about the delta are true! The stories about how great of a place it is to ride.. not the stories about the so called sharks..

haha wow...funny stories. But I live in the midwest...I was just curious...me and one my friends were wantin to road trip to california to do some surfing and I figured we oughta hit up the delta for a day to ride. but I'll have to make the 2000 mile drive first..

hope you know how to surf....california isn't exactly non-local friendly when it comes to surf spots for the most part. But if you do some research you can find some places that you will be alright.
briloves2ride101, so when can I see this triple back "flip" that you can throw this coming weekend? I will be in Disco from friday till monday. Tell the the slough and time and I will take photos for the wb.com masses to see. |
