Dipped out of work early Monday and went out riding. It felt great even though the water was chilly (55-60 degrees) kinda took my breath away and sapped my strength. I didn't get real aggressive, some hop-in/hop-outs, 180 surface slides, tail manuals ect. Having a tower make a ton of difference, it was like I was just getting sucked up out of the water vs. fighting to come up.

Anyway, some pics to satisfy your viewing pleasure Smile

YES the water is cold!!!

Pullin up, so much easier with a raised tow point

Chillin at the dock for a sec

Fat boy Todd ballast Laughing

Little tail manual

End of the day rope toss (Holdsworth: thats how ya do it man...with STEEZE lmao)

Glad you got to ride. Cool

You know, an investment in some neoprene can greatly extend your riding season. We ride year round here. This year I saw surface temps in the high 40's in January and February. My 3/2 fullsuit was enough to keep me riding. As the water warmed up, I progressed to a long sleeved shorty suit, then a heater shirt. As of 4-19 I've been trunking it.

If it was easy being 'core, everyone would do it. Mr. Green

Hollywood, LOL yeah Todd always has a good time if there is beer involved.

Okie Boarder, INDEED!!!!!

HHI Dave, I've been looking into a wetsuit to extend the season into Oct. The way I see it, it was cold but I lived and the water isn't going to get any colder for awhile. I've got other things on my list that come first, board racks are next for sure, then a wakeskate, and maybe a few ballast bags(ones you can fill with water, not beer like the ones I'm using now hehehe)
