| Hey everyone my names is kyle from milwaukee wi im 23 just got married feb 6th and i am totally new to wakeboarding. I have been snowboarding fro about 6 years so i have some board time under my belt. wakeboarding seems really fun and the more i watch it the more im hooked and seeing as im about 5 min from a lake it seems like a good sport for me. i look forward to talking to all of you |

Welcome, and congrats on the wedding, have you been out behind a boat yet? Do you know anyone in the sport that can help you get started? It really helps to have a friend that can help you out while your on the water. The people on this board are great, lots of good info and the search tool works really well. 99 percent of questions I want to ask have already been asked and answered.

Buy The Book DVD or spend some time online watching video clips of the basics of how to get up, carve, etc.
