Right now we have an opportunity to help the boating industry. It is very easy, all you need to do is go to http://www.nmma.org/ and click the NMMA ACTION ALERT link under the website features heading on the upper right part of the page. There is a letter already generated, so all you need to do fill your information and the letter will go directly to your congress men and women.

What we are dealing with is limited number of financial institutions that assist dealers in financing the new boats that we stock and sell. The banks that we are involved with are the only one’s not getting any assistance from the government from the TALF (term Asset-Backed Securities Lending Facility) which includes auto, credit card and student loans. Therefore our banks are making it extremely expensive for us dealers working hard to stay in business and continuing to serve our millions of customers and thousands of our employees nationally. Your voice can help, it only takes a minute or two and is very much appreciated. Also if you deem this worthy of our regard, please pass this message on to a few of your friends as well.
