So I've been checking out all my options on used wake boats and have been leaning heavily towards a mobius mainly because I could get a loaded '04 VLS for around 24-26k. But lately malibu's sick looking illusion tower has me looking at those. I found an '06 wakesetter XTI for 30k which is more than I wanted to spend but it is a newer boat and I would be able to trade mine in. Is that a good deal for an XTi of that year and with summer right around the corner would I be able to find a VTX for around the same price? Also can this "hybrid" throw the same wake as a true Vdrive or is it a D drive with better seating

the seating on the xti is much better than a vdive imo and we add a couple thousand pounds to ours plus the wedge its a damn nice wake. id make sure which hull type it was (v25 or diamond i think are the 2 types) because one was base more for a skier wake. i havent ridden behind a vtx so i can't compare it but between sacs and people that you can put in the wrap section in the back everyone i have ridden with has been more than happy with the wake.
