Ronix Dark Core

Anybody going with a dark core version of a Ronix board this year? If so how many of you would jump up a size as a result of the lighter setup? I'm looking at going with a DHV2 and usually ride a 138-39 range board but am considering jumping up to the 142 to get the benefits of the bigger board without the extra weight....whats yalls opinion on this?

Just because it's a lighter board doesn't mean it's not going to hold you up. If you normally ride a 138/9, stick with that.

height/weight? im 165-170 and love the 142

I'm 5'8" 145ish....I'm comfortable on a 138/139 board and am just considering it since its so light....get more pop, softer landings....swing weight wouldn't be an issue....I read somewhere an 08 CSV1 with 09 Ones weighs in at 10.25 lbs! and the V2 boards are supposed to be a hair lighter!

Personal preference really, more to a board than just weight. If you can demo demo demo.
