scrolling on touchpad

I have a Dell inspiron 1525. We just wiped the whole thing and reinstalled windos (virus problem Evil or Very Mad

) and now I cant scroll using the scroll area on the touchpad (the right side). Before the wipe the left/right scroll didnt work for most programs but the up/down always did. Now I cant get either to work. I cant find a touchpad menu under control panel, just mouse. Where do I go to enable it?

Go on Dell's website and find the driver for your trackpad, also would be a good idea to snatch the other drivers you haven't installed yet.
