Anyone have any specific links to vids or instructionals for how to train on a tramp? I have been hitting it 4 days a week now to get better "air sense" and timing, and to really work on using the rope for leverage> as well of course, great exercise as I widdle myself down the 30lbs I want to lose.

I want to be sure I am standing correctly and turning correctly so it will be more "true" when it comes time to board on the water.

In specific, when practicing a 360 or any of the 180's, should I be facing the rope as I see in a lot of videos? Or should I be in a "riding" position, whereas I have one hip out in front? I have been doing the latter, but dont want to get into a bad/wrong habit from starting in this position.

Any input on proper tramp training advice is welcome, experiences, links to good sources etc...

Thanks!

when you come off the wake to do a spin the rope would be starting in front of you square to your hips, not one hip out in front. Or sort of behind your hips if your coming toeside
