Here is the link:
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/video/video.php?v=512620397764
the only problem is that its posted on facebook so I don't know if you have to be friends with him in order to view it or the general public can view it. If you can't see it I will send the kid who made the vid a message and see if he can post it somewhere else.

Yeah his boat riding might be more impressive than his cable riding. Backside 5 into the flats, nuclear/seatbelt heelside roll to blind, bee sting that would make mark kenney proud, hoochie to blind, nuclear glide to revert ahhhhhhhh
I guess that's why hype is turning the pulse into his pro model. Can't risk letting that kid go. He rode a few tournaments at the end of this season and he took out all the big guns, I think even Soven in one of them. He hasn't been riding boat for that long.

A bee sting is a vulcan but you grab melan, as if you were the middle of a hoochie glide, on the way down from the apex.

Yea you basically do an S-bend, grab method, then pull it to revert.

I just watched it again, and wow. WTF was that ole Blind Judge? Shocked

Oh god come on guys, especially you ilubronix. Granted his boat stuff is great. The rest is cable park trickery for the most part. Yes he has some good technical skills, but lets not get crazy about stuff like the elbow hold scarecrow. Cable should never, ever, ever be held to the same standard as wake. As long as we can agree on that we should be ok. So are we?

Erik, well we will defiintely get some heat from some but I agree for sure...I dont consider cable stuff as the same as boat wakeboarding...its different. It seems like a cross training kind of. I still think its cool though and Davies is SICK at what he does (note: Im not saying what he does is easy). I just think that in order for a trick to be 100 percent legit it has to be done behind a boat (or on a rail when applicable). IE: 1080 on a kicker=/= 1080 on boat. With that being said I still really enjoy watching a good cable rider like Nick, its some sick stuff that he is doing.

Erik, it's not the same standard, it's just a different standard. it's virtually an entirely different sport. you don't see anyone doing double S-bend to blinds or X-mobes etc. behind a boat. nick davies has some of the sickest style i've ever seen though...just look at that huge bs 180 he does off the kicker. you can't downplay how good he really is

Erik, a double s to blind is as high of a standard that you can hold a cable rider too and he stuck it and made it look like me doing a raley around the corner. TS BS 9 i assure you is not just cable trickery nor is his heel 9 off big white or his massive stale to blind, but for a kid who has just seriously gotten into boat riding, he is pushing it hard. AND HE HAS A LOT MORE NOW than in this vid, the kid has taken down Andrew Adkison in two boat finals this year. That is no small feat

I agree with my boy craig... his sick ass style shows through regardless of whether it's behind the boat or on the cable. He's got some serious talent.

Cable park trickery? Im guessing you have never tried any of this cable trickery before. It was easier for me to learn raleys behind the boat than it was the cable... He also never does a "elbow hold scarecrow," that would be a heelside front. I am new to the cable but have much respect for it. Nick Davies is a bad a*s at both though, no doubt.

Anyhow, when you see Nick ride in person, it truly is an experience. You can't appreciate how big he truly goes, how fast he spins, how comfortable he is on the water until you see it with your own eyes. The only guy that I have seen absolutely make odub look like their playground like that was parks in his prime. I've seen this kid make the best rixen riders look like they have never ridden the park before. The only kid I have seen keep up with him at rixen is Jimmy and let me tell you, HE WAS TRYING HARD. He did happen to stick 2 heel 10s that day off the kicker that kind of put Nick in his place

Weird dude, just weird. Whenever we ride from now on, I will make sure to go off the dock 2nd so you don't try and catch a peak Laughing Laughing Laughing

You are just jealous of Nick and my facebook bromance. Laughing

I like the lower quality vids much better, that way you don't have to see man crack for 3 minutes straight Laughing

Nick rips as always, he just needs to pull them drawers up a bit.

Last time I rode with nick he did w2w ts bs 5, s to blind, heel back 5 switch and reg, switch and reg ts and heel fs 7s, and plenty of other tricks. Then he went out at cablestock and beat Kevin Henshaw and Andrew Adkison.

Try the cable before you discredit anyone. Nick is on an entirely different level of difficulty to the point where it almost seems like trickery. He can buttslide off a kicker into a bs 5 or roll 2 blind.
