Random life jacket question!

Was thinking of upgrading to a new jacket next year because my JetPilot Core chafes my nipples!

I was looking at the Law and the Checkmate, I normally wouldn't consider a non cga vest but the Checkmate looks like it is floatier than the normal non approved vest and comes down further than most.

But anyway just wanted to see how cushy the inside material of these vests are and if the checkmate is very floaty?

Search didn't really turn much up on these questions.

Wear a t-shirt or rash guard and keep your vest, unless you are just set on getting another. As for the vests you mentioned, I personally wouldnt wear a non cga vest, but I understand its a personal choice.

I just bought the Law. I haven't worn it out riding yet, but tried it on. Feels very comfy and soft, as well as fairly form fitting and able to bend and move.

the checkmate vest sucks, whenever you fall, it folds up over itself and the zipper never stays zipped and mine ended up breaking. overall terrible vest.

my wife is the law, mean wears the law.

I think she said hers is pretty comfy, and I imagine the men's vest is similar to the womens in comfort.

I def. agree with captaincraig, if that's the vest you guys have at Gator Bait. That vest blows. I prefer the classic, original, untainted A-10. Can't go wrong!

thanks guys ... i guess if i do buy it will be a LAW or Revenge jacket. I may also try a guard first

Krent, we don't that garbage at gator bait, it was my own personal vest, which i traded in for an a-10...score!
