Hey everyone,
Im studying in Egypt right now and trying to figure out where to go wakeboarding. I know they have it on the Red Sea and around Sinai but its sort of hard to find. If anyone knows anything about wakeboarding in Egypt it would be greatly appreciated. Im going through mad withdrawal!

Hey, Im living in Cairo right now, studying at American University. 2008 Xstar huh? that sounds pretty sweet. I know about hughada and sharm, havent been yet though. Ive only been to Dahab and around that area so far in the Sinai. Ive been looking online for wakeboarding on the red sea and found this place in Taba that i might try to go to this weekend. Im really trying get back out on the water, its been months. Do you live in Hurghada or in the Sinai? are there may wakeboarders in Egypt? maybe we can meet up sometime and get out on the water or something. Im always traveling to Sinai, i love it there.

Ive been going for awhile so i know what im doing. I can do backrolls and raleys and that kind of stuff so if youre down maybe we can meet up the next time youre thinking of going out.

Its pretty much in the 80s everyday, and always sunny, almost never rainy. Weve had some pretty bad heat waves already though where its been in the 100s for a few days which is just too hot. all you can do is sit inside and hang out with the air conditioner. Where ive been the waters nice, not really hot but not really cold. its refreshing on those really hot days.

Contact www.xlwake.nl . He's a Dutch guy riding in Egypt for a few months. The school he's riding for also has a '07 or 08 X-Star. I heard the water is great in Egypt.. Perhaps next year I'm gonna find out.

cool man, im leaving tonight for Dahab just to chill on the beach but ill hit you up next week sometime. my mobile is 0168415455. i started working on the tantrum a little bit last summer but just couldnt really grasp the whole flipping motion. I can definitely give you some tips on the raleys though and maybe you could give me some pointers on 360s.

hey guys, I'm studying in Cairo this semester at AUC like you guys. I'm leaving the 2nd. I already got an apartment in Nasr City. I'm looking forward to really getting into the whole arab culture (I even have an egyptian roommate) but I do wanna do somethings from back home, like wakeboard. Anyway I'll pitch in for gas or anything else. I hope you're still around. I don't have a number yet but i'll get a prepaid sim card or something. email me at briansears@gmail.com I check it constantly, gchat's awesome.
