Fedex rarely loses a package for/to me and if they do they always fix it as asap.

Brown has missed delivered multiple times in every major city I've lived in and has the audacity to lie about the deliver attempts.

Fedex one sent a package to a wrong address, and they wouldnt help me as the recipient. They would only work with the seller, even though they knew it was wrong.

Fedex also once sent me a letter saying they couldnt find my house!?!? Mail the damn package next time then dipsh*ts!

Those little bastards were everywhere today. I probably saw a total of 10 delivery trucks from either FedEx or UPS. Some were still zipping around at 5 p.m. when I got off from work. Didn't see any DHL drivers though.

Thank god. DHL drivers are by far the craziest of them all. I live out in the country and I always drive 5-10 mph over the speed limit. The DHL drivers would always chase me down and tailgate me. Evil or Very Mad

I drive a little Jetta and somehow they manage to keep up with me in their big ass vans.

I have 20 years driving at UPS . WE ALL SUCK , Fed Ex, Post office , and UPS , becasue YOU PEOPLE WAIT !! until a few days before Christmas to ship out like 50,000 boxes in 1 day ! I got off LATE LAST NIGHT !! work my A$$ off , so sorry your order got messed up or lost....... next time order EARLY and buy insurance !

Fair enough. I don't think I have ever received anything that late. I did pay for overnight charges to get a new board and bindings by a holiday, only to have it arrive after. I felt bad after I bitched out the lady. Why would they ship two items separately that start in the same place though? I got my bindings before the holiday, but the board on the Monday after.

I had a delivery person come up to my door at my old apartment and never bother to knock. Instead they put a delivery failure note on my door. I could hear something going on outside of my door and I made it out the door just in time to see the delivery driver driving off.........

just like two weeks ago I had.a package sittting In the same place for 6 business days. That package took 13 business days.

First off - your 800 people wouldn't give me the local number - which I asked for specifically. She said there was no number and I asked her how was that possible. Then I asked for a supervisor , still didn't get the number.
This is not the 1st time I dealt with UPS and I know there is a local hub it's near the Fedex hub 3 miles away from my house.

Regardless if it was 2 days before christmas is not the issue. It's the fact that I never made a request for a hold - that is a blatant lie. Also in the past UPS has never not left a package at my door - stuff that I didn't even know was being delivered.

" You" people is a collective - you maybe 1 in 1000 drivers in your area that cares, but majority of your across the world associates don't.

So next time have the balls to post Rolling Eyes

in the forum and not a PM.

so what do you do for a living ? I guess you are always perfect at your job? I was trying to help you with questions to ask , and YES a supervisor CAN call you ( local one ) . I have been in trouble before , and MY boss has called people before ! So once again , calm down CALL BACK and tell 800 people that a LOCAL supervisor needs to call you to reslove this problem . I Sent you that " rolling eyes" guy in a PM because I had alot more to say, but I did NOT , WHY waste my time and Band width on you ! You hate UPS , so I do not really care , I just work for them thats all............

I drove to the hub and just picked up my stuff. You should do the same. It's way better than waiting even more.

I work in an OR. Issues are dealt with immediately.
Yes I deal with incompetency on a daily basis with staff and just like your organization - there are excellent, mediocre and the ones who are dim witted.

One can speak with a supervisor about staff issues and they will speak to that person, but nothing else will become of it.
Then you're left that you HAVE to accept that , that's the way it's going to be.
It comes to a point that everyone knows who the problem people are and there is nothing that can be done about it unless gross negligence occurs a few times. That's when you hope & pray the problem person quits, moves to a different department or gets fired.

sounds like driver screwed you over , and he should get in trouble . We had a girl find a package on truck at end of day , she wanted to go home early , she sheeted box up as NO SUCH NUMBER , it was a good number and people were tracking box . They said good number with good street numbers . She Got in BIG TROUBLE !!! almost fired !!!

Well driver screwed up again today. Don't know if it's same one or not.
But I had been home all day in my office - researching and reading with laptop on WB and UPS.
611 am - out for delivery
Come 530pm - nothing - check UPS website - Still out for delivery-> at this point I'm updating the tracking website every 5 mins.
550pm - called 800 number ( since their tracking computer is different than the UPS.com) still out.
629pm - delivered to office sign by *****N. Shocked

-> office closed at 530 and no one by that name works on the property Evil or Very Mad

called 800 immediately as I'm walking to office ( no sight of packages or people anywhere - You bet I'm irate as hell.) Local hub will call back within 60 mins.
650pm - speaking with local personal - ( trying to stick up for driver) confirmed address & apt # AGAIN -> can't do anything until monday Mad

No excuse is going to calm me down now. This was a major FU. Finally given a number to local hub to call on Monday - "... not suppose to give it out" story.
7pm - started to walk around apartment complex - Idea

see maintenance golf cart still out Idea

track down worker bee who's here working late and he just happens to have 2 packages on his person ( mine and another person who lives here).
Was told by UPS driver that no one was home when he knocked on the doors and left packages with him. ( Funny that the golf cart shack was across the way from the other delivery address and that person was home too.
And for the record Maintenance man's first and last name don't even match "siganature")

You have to pass by my office to get to my front door - window is next to narrow walkway.
I'd loved to hear what the story will be come Monday, because someone needs to start looking for another job.
