Does anyone have any good plans for a slider?
I have never hit one. How long should it be etc...? What do you think of rave sliders?

Thanks Jack

Build your own slider. Do not buy a Rave slider.

40 feet would be nice for a flat bar/aframe/rooftop but if you dont have room/money/time for a 40 foot slider, one of my favorite sliders Ive built is 8 feet long. Its a ride on incline rail. Super simple. 4 supports (probably could use 3), 2 3" PVC pipes, a 2x6 to mount the PVC to and some screws. The front is inches below the surface and the end is about 3 maybe 3.5 ft off the water. Its basically a kicker but you can do a little more with it. Very fun..do a little 50 50/boardslide/nosepress up and spin off of it. You get some nice hang time. I managed a 50-50 FS 540 off on it.
