Quick question about Jr. Mens Tour

I've decided that I'm going to compete in the Jr. Mens Tour for sure this upcoming season, but I had a quick question on the age rule.

Do you have to be 18 on January 1st of that season, or by the time the tour stops? My birthday is February 24 and I'll turn 19, but I thought I read a while back that you have to be 18 at on 01/01 of that year to be eligible. If anyone knows for sure, would I still be alright to ride in Jr. Mens?

18 In January. You'll have to look at the cut off date for nationals and worlds though.
