iv got a 08' LF Substance 3 stage board...
What are the BEST bindings of 08' and 09' and for my board???

Your board will fit bindings of any brand, it's universalized.
If possible go into a shop and try on bindings, personal preference will determine what the best binding for your feet are.
Also welcome to the site. 
In the future, you might consider only creating one thread instead of 4, it really unnecessarily clutters up the forum.
