no ive ridden the 3ds. the 3ds is a sister board to the premier, and the 3ds is the predisesor to the glorious 09 merik. Cool
never rod the witness.
but spec wise the premier should pop better, be lighter, and track better.

my premier is harder to spin on the flats than my trip (both finless), supposedly the witness is pretty loose in the flats.
