Hmmm.. not 100% sure what you are asking. Are you talking about a tootsie roll with a rewind 180? Cause I doubt that's ever been done. Or are you talking about a tootsie roll with an additional backside 180? Cause that would be a Dum-Dum. _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Bubb Rubb going home. |

Sounds like it would just be a front roll with a whole bunch of unnecessary work. Since a tootsie roll is a front roll with a backside 180, it would have to be a rewind, making it like a backside shifty front roll. Also, a good way to catch an edge. |

| What? A tootsie roll is a TS Frontroll BS 180, which is essentially a Frontroll to blind. Therefore you cant do a Tootsie roll to blind, because if you added another 180 to a tootsie roll it would be a dum dum and that extra 180 wouldnt be a blind 180. If you are talking about doing a tootsie roll then pulling it back to frontroll like a BS version of an elephant, good luck, to make it look legit you would have to pass the handle to get that 180 all the way around, then change direction and pass it back and land regular. |

Do you mean just doing the tootsie roll without passing the handle? If that's what you're talking about, then that's just a tootsie roll landed wrapped. Landing blind is landing wrapped toeside. If you're landing heelside wrapped, it's not considered landing blind.
But that makes more sense. I've heard that one of the kiwi riders does those, I think Jeff Weatherall maybe. My buddy Chris has been trying them, so he could grab them, which would be crazy. |

| OuachitaWaker, because "to blind" means adding a a BS 180 and the more legit meaning means landing wrapped, although a handle pass BS 180 could still be loosely called a blind 180 because you cant see your landing. So a tootsie roll to blind implies that you do a tootsie roll, then add an extra BS 180 (to be more legit: landing wrapped) which is not possible because if you tacked on a 180 to a tootsie its a dum dum and that 180 is not blind, its basically sw. hs fs. I think what you are talking about is a tootsie roll LANDING blind (implying wrapped in this case). big difference in changing one word. |

That's not a TR to blind though...
that would be like doing a ts bs 180 and then just re-passing it behind your back to do a wake jump... now how the hell are you going to do that while doing a front flip? |

ok check it out it would work like this. You throw a tootsie, then before you land (after you've completed the flip) you throw a backside 180 and land blind.
bam. telephant. |

Ohhhhhhhh, are you talking about a frontroll to blind? You mean instead of doing the backside 180 in the middle of the flip, you wait until the frontroll has been completed and then crank it to blind at the last second?? That would be pretty cool. I don't think I've seen that done although there are many pros that could probably do this somewhat easily. I did see Shane Bonifay do a frontroll to revert. That was sick! Instead of doing a scarescrow, he did the frontroll and then stuck the ts fs 180 right before he landed. It's pretty cool! I forget what video that is in. _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Although maybe that is not what you mean because now the whole "telephant" thing doesn't make sense. _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Bubb Rubb going home. |

LFADAM, yea you're right. He's definately talking about a tootsie roll with a rewind 180 and landing with the handle behind his back (landing blind). The thing is..... you have to be able to land the trick to be able to claim that you invented. I think this is a job for Shapiro. We may give ourselves a headache trying to explain it to him though. Hahaha. _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Bubb Rubb going home. |

Thats a sick trick but its definitely not a TS "Front Mobe" That would be a TS Frontflip FS 360. That is basically a scarecrow to late "BS 3" landing blind. Or IMO, better put, its an elephant to blind. (He does an elephant, but pulls it more; a late BS 180 landing blind) |
