With 180's just lead with your shoulders. Remember to give a good pop, a lotta times you're so focused on the rotation that you forget to give a good ollie. If you pop & get good height you barely hafta scoop, your shoulders will naturally draw the board around. Same thing with a pop shuvit, you don't hafta scoop a ton, just get a good pop & a little scoop, it should come around. |

where ever your shoulders go is where the board is going to go so just make sure that you do a full 180 with your shoulders and the board will come around _________________ wakeboard all day, this is how life is |

You might want to twist your body the opposite way to which you are spinning e.g frontside rotation for a backside 180. then when you land try and keep your shoulders paralell.
Adios

on frontsides just try to turn your shoulders early and then the rotation should come. on backsides i like to go huge and do 90 degrees and then when i come down i quickly rotate the rest, it makes them look intense. |
