Buying my first board. Recommendations?

Hey guys. Just got into wakeboarding a few months ago. I'd like to get a board that beginners can adapt to but still good enough for advanced riders to stick with.

Physically I'm 6'1" 185lbs. I'm pretty set on the Hyperlite Apex 142. Is that the right size and a reliable board? Here's a link. Thanks.

i dont care for the skinny tips of the apex.
get your self a 08 LF shane 140 and never have to look back. its at the top of all the lists for a reason Wink
