That wierd. When I click on it, it is a video of a kiteboarder getting wrecked for about 5 seconds. The guy gets pounded into the sand and then flys by the camera into a building. Not sure why it is not working though. _________________

there's an emergency release system that is designed for situations like this one. you are a pull away from safety.
The thing is that if you notice he is being tossed in the air, I bet he was scared of pulling on the cord or maybe just too confused.
Poor guy, I hope he makes a full recovery.
He was at the beach that I frequent. |

Capix, this happened to my best freind november 06. you may have heard about it. His name is conner kempe. It was up at the jupiter inlet. He was flying his 19 on a really windy day. there were squalls of about 45 to 50 mph squalls
he got lifted off the beach just like that kid and he tried to pull his emergency release and it didnt work. |

it's a very dangerous sport, but then again which one is not?
a 19 on a really windy day is a hard call, I wonder why he would even do it.
Did he ended up ok? |

it didn't even look like he tried to pull his release, even if he pulled his release it would not have worked, because you push the release to make it let go _________________ Live to Ride, ride to live |

| I'm sure that harness was pulling him at several Gs, then he got slammed into the sand which probably rang his bell, then back to getting pulled at several Gs again and into the building. Not good conditions to gather your thoughts enough to find and pull anything. |

Jester, it was offshore
when there is ALOT of pressure on your release its hard to pull it. |
