| What are some of the things to maximize wakes in a boat that is not meant for wakeboarding specifically. The boat is a brand new 5.7 L Volvo Penta in a 20' Campion bowrider. |

| In addition to ballast, check your rope length to make sure that you're hitting the wake at its apex. You could also try playing around with the angle of the prop. If you can get the boat to ride a little low in the back and not plane out it will produce a larger wake. |
