We bought our first boat from the boat show. it went over fine, dont feel like you need to rush any thing though beacuse most likely they will give you the same price if you ask them to. _________________ wakeboards

The only thing I have found is that some times the factories are offering some great add-ons like warranties and stuff like that. I guess some times they even give a little back to the dealers for each boat sold early season. Maybe you can get that kick-back money to work for you. _________________ "DDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG"

If you put money down on a Nautique at a boat show, they will give you it all back up to 1000 dollars. They do that as an icentive for people to buy during that time. _________________

Damnit, I was hoping the mullet got knocked off There are some boat show rebates and such, I know Supra has some free options for boat show buyers this year, otherwise I bet the base price would be about the same if you wait. |

Most dealers will give you as good of a deal after the show and the factory incentives usually run through March or April. |

I just bought a boat from the boat show again. My family has always bought our boats (roughly 12) at the boat show. The dealers and the factory give you tons of extras that would cost a ton more if you want to add them on. I know Supra/Moomba was offering some killer add ons for free including an extended warranty. I personally think buying from the show is the best. Test drve at the end of the season make up you mind and then wait. As for the sticker price for me it has always bee at least 2g's lower than it would have been plus add in the 2g of options that I get for free and bam!!! sweet deal.
Only thing that sucks is waiting for it. The other thing that will save you even more cash is to buy one right off the floor. Dealers always want to move their stock first it seems. These are just my experiences at the Chicago shows and I feel Me and my family have never lost out. We always been more than happy when we walked away from the table.
Most of the time like someone said earlier you can usually get the same deals from the dealer 2 weeks later if you can't decide on the spot. They're always more than happy to sell you a boat.

Mullet Man is alive and well. Boarding more than ever behind his MALIBU! He can be seen cruising the upcoming Los Angeles Boat Show. He will be making a special appearance at the Tige booth to inquire about a law suite they have in the works (see my other posts). _________________ "DDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG"
