Elmers glue
I'm really not sure actually. I would think you could get a screw at an angle at the end of each piece of PVC. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

theres a post in this forum with some guy who used like 10 pvc pipes... check that out However, i would guess you could just drill a bigger hole on top of the PVC, then drill a screw into the bottom, every 2 feet or so
Edit: from the post i was talking about...
Quote: | We also fastned most of the PVC in by drilling a bigger hold on top of the PVC and drilling a screw through the top part and into the bottom part. |

Punkpenguin, wouldn't it be risky to catch an edge on the gap of the drilled hole? _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

Why can't you screw the PVC from the bottom (through the wood frame, then into the PVC) with a coarse threaded screw? Would definitely want to pilot drill each screw to reduce cracking, but I'd think that would hold. |

i dont think it would be a problem. i used to skate, and i now bmx, and thats how all the rails are held on. no problms, unless the top holes are waay too big. otherwise it works great!. i have a quarterpipe in my backyard that is attached like that. |

Nah, most wakeboards edges are curved so it'd be hard to catch the edge. Snowboarding is another story since the edges of the board are flat metal. You can catch those and I can't tell you how many times I have. _________________ In Ohio the water sucks no matter what. It's the good ones who suck it up and just go to ride. |

Crazy, i have not posted since last season and this is the top post on here
I doubt it would be a problem, when they said a 'bigger' hole, it really isnt that big, just be enough to get the screw head + drill bit in. |
