LF, Hyperlite, CWB, Gator, Byerly, Slingshot

Do not go with any board you will find at Dick's, Sports Authority or anything like that. Hyperlites are sold there but don't buy one there.

I just got a CWB Tempest from Dicks, should I take it back and buy something different for the same price?

Hey I am brand new to the boards and wakeboarding....dont laugh to hard but the most I have ever done on the water is tubing!

I just bought my first board last night after a lot of searching on the internet. Did I get caught up in the oh this board is pretty factor yes but tell me if I got a good board....I found it at boaters world 60% off so how could I say no!

CWB Bella 124
Bliss Hinge Binding s/m

Since it matters; I know that is a small board but I am also a small girl - 103 lbs on a heavy day; 5' 2"; 6 1/2-7 foot - did I get a good board or too small of a board?

My husband ended up with a board from the same place as well but I am a bit concerend about it (he is a little more of an intermediate level) good board?

Liquid Force
Synergy 137
Bindings are L/XL

His weight is in the 160s-170s and is 5' 8"; 9-9/12 foot size

hmm 103 you might be able to get away with it, the 124 is actually a kids board, what most 10 year olds ride.... thats awefully small.

lilpebs866, the 128, according to ronix's literature, should hold riders up to 155 lbs. the 134 should hold riders starting around 115 lbs and up. you could ride either, but a bigger board will plane out easier and offer less drag on the water, as well as more pop and softer landings as you progress

Those Element bindings aren't any heavier than any other common bindings and are probably lighter than most. If you're not getting any "really air", I promise its not the weight of your bindings holding you back. Wink
