i'm riding behind a bayliner and my wake looks to be about 8"-12".
how big is the wake behind the big $$$ boats? |

8-12 inches is a really flat wake! try trimming it up a bit...add some fatsacs...or maybe you ahve to go back farther. Worst ocmes to worst...just get a few fat chicks and your wake your should increase rather quickly. |

I have a Bayliner too that I am loading up with ~800 lbs this year. My wake gets to about 12-14". I'd have to say most wakeboat wakes are 2-3' from the perspective of watching them ride by me. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

thanks for the info.
rumpskaker: what is a trimmed leg? i have a whale tail on my motor, is it similar.
i know about the fat sacs but don't go out very often without the family so really don't have room for them.
i was just wondering about the big $$$ boats. been trying to talk the wifey into upgrading but she says it probably wouldn't be much difference. also she thinks the gas for the bigger boat would be too much. anyone know if the big boats really suck the gas?

sooner dud, My wake is about knee high or so. Take a look at some wake pics here of inboards and compare them to yours. My boat also burns about 6 gal/hr loaded up. _________________ There'll be two dates on your tombstone/ And all your friends will read 'em/ But all that's gonna matter is that little dash between 'em... |

| my wakes a little above knee high on average. yesterday though it was ridiculous, 12 people in the boat, 1000 pounds pounds ballast and wedge, it was a monster. |

J-Ro, I pretty sure it's just a wheel-stop, so the trailer doesn't roll away. _________________ Also Calskater23 |
