| so last night my boyfriend just bought me the 2008 ronix coy board and the 08' ronix rise bindings. It is a sick setup but i just wanted opinions on that setup. I am 5'3" 113 lbs. The board is a 132. will that be perfect for me? also, are womans boards really different than mens boards or is it just a graphics thing? and one more question... can you explain to me the pros and cons to a closed toe boot. Thanks everyone! |

I'm pretty much the same size as you, but a guy and i ride a 132 Frontier. It will work perfect for you and let you really be able to control the board well. I have the scout boots which are closed toe and i love them. They are so comfortable and i'm sure the Rise's will be just as good. Pretty much they don't really have a con for me. Also i don't really think the woman's boards are that much different than the mens. Just go out, and shred it. You'll fall in love. Just keep riding it, it may feel at first that you don't like it, but after you get the feel for it, you'll be in love. _________________ Also Calskater23 |

Size=perfect you will have great control.
The closed toes are comfortable. there will be more response on heelside edges and there comfortable, cant say that too much. Only con is price...but if someone buys them for you... _________________
