yeah, I don't know what happened. I woke up this morning and my computer is saying run time error and has that "Active Desktop Recovery" it keeps saying runtime error? I posted some desktop shots

Run time errors can be caused by multiple issues.
Delete all cache files: Temp Files, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, etc...
I would first download CCleaner and run it. Especialy the registry cleaner tool.
Then Spybot Search and Destroy and maybe even adware.
I am guessing using what little information that was provided but sounds like you may have some sort of spyware or something like that.
